 In Progess/Change Request In Progress:NPI Application or change has been saved but not submitted. After 30 days of inactivity (based on the last time the NPI was updated), the request will be considered abandoned and the new application/changes will be discarded. |
 Active with a Pending Change:NPI is currently active, but a change has been requested and is pending processing. |
 Rejected:NPI Application Denied. |
 Pending (with or without errors):NPI Application received and is currently pending processing. |
 Deactivated:NPI is inactive and will not be displayed. |
