MULTI-FACTOR AUTHENTICATION (MFA) LOCKED¶
You have a limited number of attempts to successfully pass MFA when logging into the system. If you exceed the maximum number of allowed attempts during the MFA process when logging in, your account will be locked.
If your account becomes locked due to invalid MFA attempts, log into I&A and select the Reset/Unlock MFA option to proceed to the process to unlock your account.
To unlock your account, you will be required to either answer 3 of your security questions, or correctly enter information about your account.
You have a limited number of attempts to unlock your account. If you exceed the maximum number of allowed attempts to unlock your account, you will have to contact the External User Services (EUS) to have your account unlocked.
Once you have successfully unlocked your account, you have the ability to modify your MFA setup by deleting and/or adding new authentication methods in I&A.
